Please note that ALL of my motors get the following parts and services:

NGK BP7HS Spark Plugs

7/16-20 head studs, old Indian beveled washers, and ARP "12 point" flange nuts

Good heads with fin repair done (3), fly-cut .150", and smoothed, (3) with new heads

Copper head gaskets (Cometic - my design) at .050" thick

Good late cylinders for (5) motors, and (3) new sets of cylinders for others

Cylinders ported, with (5) angle racing valve jobs, threads repaired where needed

Forged pop-up pistons (.150" pop-up) by Ross Pistons (my design)

Carrilo rods for Race #1, #2, and the "648" motors, late Heavy Duty rods for the rest (5)

High quality "NPR" rings, and new light weight piston pins

Light weight aluminum rod roller cages

T&O 58" flywheels that are balanced, and lightened by 12%

New flywheel rollers, cages, pins, shafts, and T-washers

Oil sump scraper, like a 1947 Chief, new oil sump line and case mods

Good late oil pumps, blue-printed with new gears

New cam shafts, and my racing cams, and lifters, new bushings and pins where needed

Push rod guides honed for new over-sized spiral grooved push rods, and new adjusters

New Manley Stainless Steel intake valves, and new Kibble-White exhaust valves

New stronger 7-coil valve springs with Titanium retainers, and new keepers

New Starklite Cycle valve guides, Teflon intake valve seals, and new chromed valve covers

Good rebuilt distributor with electronic ignition, or new Joe Hunt Magneto

Mikuni VM36 carbs on modified ER intake manifolds, rubber adapters, and Peak Seals

Good cases, full blue-printing, and all my usual modifications - See build sheets
